Free expedited shipping orders could be expected to be delivered within of 2-6 days period.
Refrigerated orders cannot be refused if delivered with in the time frame.
If order is refused the refund will not be processed.
All WarmMark claims must be made at the time of delivery marked by the carrier.
We are not responsible for orders left outside, PO Boxes and stolen orders.
Returning Unused Products: Returns are easy. New non refrigerated, unopened, sealed product(s), are entitled to a refund, within 30 days, less shipping fees. A 15% restocking fee may apply. All cancellations are subject to 3% reversal fee.
- In the event of returning a ‘free shipping’ item there is a mandatory deduction of $9.95 from your total refund.
- Heat Sensitive products are NOT returnable.
